Newell Rubbermaid Inc (NWL) generated a PMO (Price Momentum Oscillator) SELL signal because the PMO crossed down through its 10-EMA.

Mini ultra-short-term double-top formation.  PMO negative crossover occurring in overbought territory.  PMO negative divergence from stock price trend.  Double-top executes, minimum downside target right about at the rising bottoms support line.

Negative:

Stock is in a long-term and intermediate-term bull marketso sell signals in this environment should be approached with added caution.  Trend Model long-term BUY signal when 50-EMA crossed above the 200-EMA.  Trend Model intermediate-term BUY signal when 20-EMA crossed above the 50-EMA.
