PMO BUY for Auto Nation (AN)

by Erin Swenlin Heim

Auto Nation Inc (AN) generated a PMO (Price Momentum Oscillator) BUY signal because the PMO crossed up through its 10-EMA.

AN

Positive:

BUY signal generated on somewhat expanded volume.  PMO positive crossover occurred in somewhat oversold territory, but more importantly, PMO is trending up in a positive divergence with the stock price.  20/50-EMAs are rising.  Currently in a long-term Trend Model bull market as 50-EMA is above the 200-EMA.

Negative:

On a Trend Model intermediate-term NEUTRAL signal right now as 20-EMA is below the 50-EMA.  Still needs to break through intermediate-term resistance along the declining tops line drawn from October high.
